Ongoing Pilates

Pilates has taken the fitness world by storm over the last ten years. It focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of the breath and alignment of the spine, and aims to strengthen the deep torso or core muscles. Lizzie Turvey, our qualified Pilates Instructor, is now taking bookings for a 8 week course for beginners (Level 1), students with some experience (Level 2) and advanced practitioners (Level 3) which will begin in September 2010.
